Tier 1: Interview by Justice AI bot with later Lawyer Screening
Free interview by our AI bot, a lawyer will review your interview answers and send a confirming email.
Tier 1 (Limited to a single AI bot interview within 14 days of acceptance)

Tier 2: One Lawyer Interview and 1 demand to the employer
30 minutes total of lawyer interview time and 15 minutes of paralegal time, by Zoom or phone. If your case settles, it will be a simple release of claim by you in exchange for payment by the employer. We won't keep your case open for more than 30 days.
Tier 2: Maximum case duration of 30 days from date of acceptance
$100.00
This is for clients who are positive that they just want to try a single demand to the employer to get the case settled. We will assess the possibilities for an out-of-court solution to your case, and write or call your employer once to advocate your reasonable goals or demands (includes review of up to 5000 words of standard text, i.e., 10 pages). If you need any additional time, you must upgrade to Tier 3 service, as described below and your Tier 2 payment will not be credited to Tier 3.
Additional Document Review Per 2500 words
$100.00
If you need us to review more than 10 pages, then we will review and comment upon any case documents or AI documents you create regarding your legal claims at the rate of $100.00 for the first 2500 words or less, and $10.00 for each 500 words thereafter.
Tier 3: Multiple Lawyer interviews and up to 3 demands to the employer
120 minutes total of lawyer interview time and 30 minutes of paralegal time over a maximum three month time span of your case. Interview are by Zoom or phone. We won't keep your case open for more than 3 months. If your case settles, it can be a more complex release of claims by you, with custom terms that you and the employer agree to negotiate, and in exchange for payment by the employer plus additional terms on what the employer must do or not do.
Tier 3: Maximum case duration of 90 days from date of acceptance
$300.00
This is for clients who think a court or agency filing will be needed. This tier includes having us draft for you to file a simple wage claim for small claims court or a state agency, such as discrimination or unemployment benefits case. We will not be your lawyer in such filing, we will only draft them for you. We will also write or call your employer up to three times to advocate your reasonable goals or demands. This includes review of up 10,000 words of standard text, i.e., 20 pages.

$75.00
We will review and comment upon any case documents or AI documents you create regarding your legal claims at the rate of $75.00 for the first 2500 words or less, and $7.50 for each 500 words thereafter.
Tier 4: Draft Complaint, Unemployment Appeal, etc., or More Document Review
Five hours total of lawyer interview time and 60 minutes of paralegal time over a maximum six month time span of your case. Interview are by Zoom or phone. We won't keep your case open for more than 6 months. If your case settles, it can be a more complex release of claim by you, with custom terms that you and the employer want to negotiate, and in exchange for payment by the employer plus additional terms on what the employer must do or not do.
Tier 4: Maximum case duration of 180 days from date of acceptance
$500.00
This is for clients who think the employer or agency will want to fight or demand you make official filings. We will advocate your reasonable settlement goals or demands, draft a small claims court or agency filing for you to file in representing yourself. This includes review of up 15,000 words of standard text, i.e., 30 pages.

$50.00
We will review and comment upon any case documents or AI documents you create regarding your legal claims at the rate of $50.00 for the first 2500 words or less, and $5.00 for each 500 words thereafter.
Tier 5: Validation of Your AI Legal Citations and Arguments
Don't submit halucinated, misquoted or misrepresented statutory, regulatory, and court case authority to the employer, a court or an agency.
Legal Argument Validation per 2500 words
$250.00
We will review, validate and comment upon any legal argument and citations to legal authorities in documents you created or the employer has asserted against your case at the rate of $200.00 for the first 2500 words or less, and $50.00 for each 500 words thereafter. This price includes providing you with copies of those legal authorities. This service is available only for legal authorities cited within the text, and excludes any lists or tables of cases.
Tier 6: Case File, Document and Exhibit Management
For validated AI analysis of large documents sets in excess of 100 pages, we will refer you to our external AI contractor, Legal1Up.com
We will transition your document management to Legal1Up for any of our client. Our non-clients should contact Legal1Up.com directly.
